To access the correct pricing for your order, we recommend using a different web browser than the one you used prior ( e.g Google, Chrome, Opera, Foxfire, etc) in order to facilitate the discount application.

Do you ship to the United States?
We have warehouses in New Zealand and Australia The decision on where we ship from depends on the country of origin of the product, and on various supplier agreements we have in place, in order to get you the best deal. Depending on where your item is shipping from, the average delivery target to the US is 6 - 15 working days. Actual Shipping times may vary.
I am having a hard time finding Nicorette Inhalator in the USA.

A signature or non-signed delivery?
Our courier company has a standard signature required policy on all items. This is so we may investigate on signed items with the shipping company and/or USPS if the parcel is misplaced/lost. However if you the customer requests a non-signed delivery we happy to proceed and provide instructions on a shipping label (if needed) to the postal carrier.

It depends on what you've bought, what country we're shipping from, where we're shipping to and what service you have selected, but here's a rough guide:
Regular Mail delivery targets are between 6 and 10 business days to the US, 3-6 to Australia and next day-1 day to NZ; if you have purchased Expedited Shipping, the delivery goal is 4-5 business days to the US and 2-3 to Australia.

Do I need to sign for my order?
We send Expedited Shipping orders via trackable Courier services, these are 'signature required', please consider this when selecting your delivery address. Regular Mail orders don't require a signature.
